Freedom of Information Act

The Illinois Freedom of Information Act provides public access to government documents and records. As a state community college, Illinois Central College is subject to the Illinois FOIA.

The Illinois Central College Board of Trustees, in compliance with the new FOIA, appointed the following Freedom of Information Officer:

How can I request information?

In accordance with the Act, requests are to be submitted in writing on the request form or letter/memo form by personal delivery, mail, fax or other available means, including e-mail to FOIA officer above.
