Working with kids to get more cooperation without tears! Who wouldn’t love to have more cooperative children? Children who do what you ask them to do and don’t fuss! In this program we will look at what kinds of adult behaviors actually motivate children so that we are really working with them and not against their natural tendencies. Be prepared to have some fun and walk away with some new strategies to try at home right away! Dina Emser, Parent Coach/Educational Consultant at Child Care Connection, will be speaking. The session is free and pre-registration is required.

The speaker will be Sara Hammond, certified HighScope trainer. The session is free and pre-registration is required.

Parenting is a huge job! We can feed them, teach them and love them, but let’s face it, everything else is debatable. In this session we will get some fresh perspective on parenting and reconnect with our hope for the future of our kids with a dose of humor as well. Dr. Tim Drew, Clinical Coordinator of OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Behavioral Health, Child & Adolescent. The session is free and pre-registration is required.
