Records
Student academic records are permanently maintained in the Student Service Center. Classes taken and earned grade records (transcripts) are what you will use for future educational and employment reference.
It is very important that you read and understand college policies regarding registration, withdrawal from (dropping) courses and your academic record with the college. Our staff is willing to answer any questions you have.

ICC Transcript information can be found online or by calling (309) 694-5609.
Semester Grades
Semester grades are available through Eservices. Any additional assistance can be found by calling (309) 694-5610.
Residency Status
Residency status can be discussed by calling (309) 694-5354. A Residency Questionnaire can be completed if there are circumstances that may require a re-evaluation of residency. Residency Questionnaire [pdf]
Student Verification
Student Verification is available by completing a Request for Student Verification form or by calling (309) 694-5609.
Change of Contact Information
Keeping a current address is an important part of receiving correspondence from ICC. You may change your address, phone number, and email through your eServices student panel under "Contact Information."
Graduation
Graduation is an exciting accomplishment! To begin the process a Application for a Degree/Certificate must be completed. Be sure to check out our detailed Graduation Information. Questions can also be directed to (309) 694-5612.
Having Your Transcript Evaluated
If you are planning to have coursework earned at another college or university applied to your record at ICC, you must have an official transcript sent directly to us. An evaluation of such coursework will be completed if you indicate to us that you intend to complete a degree or certificate at ICC by completing a Request for Evaluation of Transcript acquired in the Student Service Center. Keep in mind that only your credits may transfer, but individual grades will not be factored into your ICC cumulative grade point average.

Privacy Concerning Student Records
Due to Federal guidelines, ICC is prohibited to release any information that may be considered confidential to anyone other than the student. Many times, a photo i.d. will be required to discuss matters of importance or sensitivity. ICC stays committed to assuring the safety and confidentiality of our students.
If a student wishes for information to be shared or discussed with any other party, a Release of Information form may be filed with the Records office. This will need to be completed in person in the Student Service Center.
