Student Accounting provides several services for ICC students, such as:
- Tuition and Fee Payments
- Account Information
- Refund Status
- Check Cashing up to $10 for students
- Parking Fine Payments or Appeals
- Graduation and Transcript Payments
You can pay your tuition in full by cash, check, credit card, or electronic bank transfer.
- Cash is accepted only in person.
- Checks are accepted in person or via mail.
- Credit card payment is accepted in person, online, over the phone, or by mail.
- Electronic bank transfers are accepted only online.
Paying tuition is available through four different methods:
Online access is available through eServices for current students. Tuition online payment, payment plans, financial aid information and account history can all be found through this secure and confidential system. This tutorial is available to help you through the process.
By visiting any of our four campuses, our Student Service Representatives will be able to help you make payments and discuss your account. A photo id is required before information can be released.
The Student Service Center is available to assist by phone during regular hours. Whether you need to pay a tuition bill or discuss your account status, one of our representatives is ready to help. A representative may be reached at (309) 694-5600.
Check and credit payments are accepted by mail. If you mail your payment, it must arrive by the due date for your classes to be held. Please make checks payable to Illinois Central College and mail to:
