Prostate Cancer Screenings Available March 18 & 22

Posted - 3/8

In cooperation with Methodist Urology Specialists, Wellness Works will be offering prostate cancer screenings (PSA/DRE) to eligible participants. This service is available to full-time employees, retirees, and eligible dependents, covered by ICC’s health insurance plan. Part-time employees, retirees or dependents who have health insurance other than the ICC Health Plan are still eligible for the screening. You must show proof of insurance in the form of a copy of your insurance card. Methodist Urology Specialists will then directly bill the standard rate for this exam to your respective health insurance plan. You are then responsible for any non-covered amount.

The screenings will be performed at the office of:

Dr. Dwayne McQuitty, MD
900 Main Street, Suite 350 (Atrium Bldg)
Peoria, IL 61602

The dates of the screenings are:
Thursday, March 18, and Monday, March 22

Please call 671-7766 to schedule an appointment.

Special Note: This screening is recommended for men over the age of 40 or men younger who have a strong family history of prostate cancer.
