What is a Gate Review?
Gate Reviews are special meetings where faculty and staff may go to give input on projects being completed by Six Sigma teams. Everyone is invited to attend following supervisor approval. Feedback and opinions of all employees are valued.

How do you know if you should attend a Gate Review?
If the topic/project will affect you or the work you do directly or if you have experience and/or expertise in the topic, project, program or department that is being reviewed, then your attendance would likely be beneficial. If you teach, advise, or work with developmental students, then you should attend this Gate Review.
