The Access Services Office assists students in obtaining reasonable accommodations to access their classes and the campus.
The men and women of the Illinois Central College Campus Police Department are dedicated in preserving the peace within the established limits of the college community, and when necessary, in protecting life and property in all emergency situations.
Child Care Center
At the ICC Child Care Center, Young children of students, faculty, staff, and public are welcome. Parents can enroll their two to five-year-olds for a full time or an hourly basis. Children must be fully potty trained and space is limited. This fully licensed, nationally accredited program has a 3-star rating in the State of Illinois Quality Rating System. Teaching staff members have Associate’s Degrees or higher in Child Development. Children must be fully potty trained and space is limited. Children must be enrolled to attend. This is not a drop-in service.

Cost is $20.00 for a dental assessment, x-rays, preventive (teeth cleaning) or therapeutic periodontal treatment, personal oral hygiene instructions, fluoride treatments and sealant placement and necessary referral for additional treatment outside the scope of the these services.
Notice to dental hygiene patients: Dental clinic students, faculty clinicians and patients are exposed to bloodborne pathogens. These include (but are not limited to) pathogenic microorganisms present in human blood and have the potential to cause disease such as Hepatitis HBV, Herpes, Tuberculosis and HIV. The Bloodborne Pathogen policy is available by contacting the Dental Hygiene Program.

We provide word processing, design, production, and printing services for materials that will be distributed to ICC students, faculty, staff, and sponsored professional organizations.
ICC Food Services offers hot meals, sandwiches, snacks and beverages are available Monday - Friday at the East Peoria Campus in the College Cafeteria.
Illinois Central College Health Services are available at no cost to all full and part-time students. We offer no hassle, minimal waiting, and strictly confidential services
ICC Massage Clinic offers a 50 minute full body Swedish massage to healthy adults, over the age of 18, for cost of $20 per session. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, please contact the Massage Clinic at (309) 680-6822.
Sexual Assault Response Team
The college encourages all members of the college community to be aware of both the consequences of sexual assault and the options available to victims.
