Six Sigma Training Opportunities

Yellow Belt Training

Yellow Belt training is designed to give ICC employees an overview of Six Sigma methodology, how it is used at ICC to improve processes, and how all employees can become involved.  Yellow Belt training consists of one three hour session.  Six Sigma is offering two training sessions to choose from:

Date: Wed., September 17, 2014
Time: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Room 212C/D, East Peoria Campus

Date: Fri., February 13, 2015
Time: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Room 212C/D, East Peoria Campus

Green Belt Training

Six Sigma is a total management commitment and philosophy of excellence, customer focus, process improvement, and the rule of measurement.  As a Six Sigma Green Belt, you will play a role in helping to make improvements meet the changing needs of students and stakeholders.

Green Belt training includes four sessions, each running four hours.  To complete the training, participants need to attend all four sessions and have completed Yellow Belt training.

2015 Dates: March 19, 26, and April 2, 16 (Thursdays)
Time: 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: The first three sessions are held at the East Peoria Campus (Room 212C/D) and the last session is held at North Campus (Hickory 131).
