Re-Enrollment Six Sigma Gate Review (Define/Measure)

Re-Enrollment Gate Review (Define/Measure)
Date: Wednesday, April 23rd
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Location:  Room L422, East Peoria Campus

What will be discussed?
Students apply, enroll, and may secure their enrollment for classes in a variety of ways.  Not all students secure their enrollment and are consequently dropped from classes via the drop for no-pay process.  A team is reviewing the current re-enrollment and drop for no-pay processes.   Some goals of the project are to minimize employee rework time, evaluate frequency of drops, and minimize credit hours dropped for non-payment.  The team will share the data gathered so far and the plans going forward.

How do you know if you should attend this Gate Review?
Employees or stakeholders who are involved in application, registration, advisement, student accounting or financial aid processes should attend.  Also, if you assist students with any of the previous mentioned processes or provide technology you will want to attend.

What is a Gate Review?
Gate Reviews are special meetings where faculty and staff may go to give input on projects being completed by Six Sigma teams.  Everyone is invited to attend following supervisor approval.  Feedback and opinions of all employees are valued.
