PeopleSoft Upgrade now complete

We have completed the split and upgrade of the HR system.  All PeopleSoft systems are back online and functioning.  The primary result of this upgrade is that instead of two systems we now have three: Campus, HR, and Finance. The links to Finance and Campus have not changed and there is a new link to HR. Before logging into these new environments it is VERY important that you delete your web browser cache and cookies.  If you need assistance with this, please contact the Help Desk.

The main difference for most employees will be where they go to check sick/vacation balances and pay.  The place to check these is now in a new location.  The links to all three systems can be found on ICCNET under the “PEOPLESOFT” section.  You will also find a help file to walk you through the process.  Alternatively you can type staffss.icc.edu into a browser and go directly to the new HR Login page.

For Campus Solutions users, you will note that your favorites have been removed.  Unfortunately this had to be done as part of the split process.  If you need assistance creating new favorites, please contact the Business Analyst that assists your area.

In addition, this new URL:  staffss.icc.edu can be typed into a browser on a smartphone or tablet.  If you use a smartphone or tablet the system will sense it and automatically take you to a new mobile friendly-page.  Your login information is the same as it was on Thursday, November 19.  This new mobile environment will allow you to check your pay and sick/vacation from anywhere you have mobile access.

The new HR environment opens a whole new opportunity for employee access to HR information.  Please be watching for events as Human Resources and Organizational Learning roll out new functionality and provides additional training opportunities.  As always, if you are experiencing trouble with one of the systems, please contact the Technology Services Help Desk.
