LIT 213 Celebrates 200th Year of “Pride & Prejudice” Tuesday, April 30
ICC’s British Literature class (LIT 213) will present a Readers’ Theatre version of the Jane Austen novel Pride & Prejudice on Tuesday, April 30, at 2 p.m., in the Lecture Recital Hall on the East Peoria Campus.
The 60-minute presentation is a theatrical interpretation in celebration of the 200th anniversary classical novel’s publication. Following the performance, Sigma Kappa Delta (the English honor society at ICC) will serve tea, coffee and cookies to those in attendance.
Admission is free. Attendees should park in Lot V (Visitors Parking Lot).
