Jane Elliott, internationally acclaimed diversity expert and trainer, will speak exclusively to ICC employees for a presentation on “Perception, Power & Prejudice”:
Elliott is famous for her “Blue Eyes/Brown Eyes Exercise” known as “A Class Divided.” The day after Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. was murdered in April 1968, Jane Elliott taught her third-grade class a daring lesson in discrimination.
No RSVP is needed, but supervisor approval is appreciated. Seating is available until the auditorium is full.
The event is co-sponsored by the Diversity and Human Resources Departments.Next: TRAIL Plan Informational Meetings :: Tues., Sept. 27
