Interest-Based Bargaining (IBB) for Contract Negotiations Workshops :: Sept. 9 and 15

Susan Reising, professional development coach and trainer, will facilitate an Interest-Based Bargaining (IBB) for Contract Negotiations workshop.

This workshop offers a proven strategy for coming to mutually acceptable agreements, even in tough situations. Participants will experience the IBB process ICC uses in contract negotiations and recommends for resolving conflict. Through a series of discussions and activities, this workshop will focus on how to discern between positions and interests, identify objective criteria (“legitimacies”), determine mutually beneficial options and work with others to create solutions that will satisfy both parties.

This workshop is open to all faculty, staff and management, either full- and part-time.  RSVP to OrganizationalLearning@icc.edu or (309) 694-5442.
