Feeling stressed? Join these workshops!

Feeling overwhelmed by the hustle bustle of the end of the year with changes surrounding us and holidays upon us? Please take a little time for yourself to de-stress. Join Molly Knapp and Elizabeth Burns to learn ways to reduce stress and create a peaceful environment.

  • Creating Happiness – Please join Molly Knapp to discover what makes people happy? It can’t be money or fame, because we have all heard of people who are fabulously wealthy and/or famous and they are miserable. Learn what does make people happy and how you can create this for yourself. Don’t let your happiness rest in the arms of fate.
    • Monday, November 21 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
    • Room CC102, East Peoria Campus
  • Practicing Stress Relief – Join Liz Burns to gain knowledge and tools to reduce stress while getting a chance to practice them in this workshop! You’ll be offered information and time to practice breathing, stretching, and other relaxation techniques to use in your daily life. Whether it’s for physical, mental or emotional stress relief you will walk away with something to use for yourself or to offer to others.
