Classical Pianist Thomas Pandolfi to present “Into the Night with Gershwin”
The ICC Guest Artists Series presents virtuoso classical pianist Thomas Pandolfi with his show entitled Into the Night with Gershwin on Friday, March 21, at 7:30 pm, in the Performing Arts Center.
Pandolfi, who performed at ICC in 2010, is an exciting virtuoso who is becoming more and more sought after by audiences worldwide with each passing season. Critics continually praise him for his passionate artistry and amazing technique. His orchestral appearances often feature not only the beloved masterpiece concerti by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov and Liszt, but also the equally brilliant ones by Paderewski, Rubinstein and Moszkowski. Additionally in the “Pops” genre, Thomas is considered a leading interpreter of the works of George Gershwin.
Pandolfi will also perform a shortened, one-hour version of his program as part of the ICC Mini-Matinee Series at 2:30 pm, on Friday, March 21.
Tickets for the evening Guest Artists Series performance cost $25 for the general public and $10 for students. Tickets for the one-hour Mini-Matinee afternoon performance cost $15 for all ages.
