Changes to Employee Health Care Plan Effective July 1, 2016
Effective July 1, 2016, the ICC Health Care Plan will partner with Consociate to provide Third Party Administrator (TPA) services. Consociate is a local firm with a home office in Decatur and a claim handling office in East Peoria. The College will no longer use Mutual Medical as of this date.
In the coming weeks, employees will receive additional information from Consociate. Please note that the core features of the plan – including PPO, deductible, out-of-pocket expenses, and coverage levels – will remain the same.
Employees will receive two new Health Plan cards mailed to their home address and will need to begin using these cards as of July 1, 2016. To order additional cards, contact Angie McElyea in the Benefits Office at (309) 694-5398.
