Campus Dining offering specials for February

Here are some of Campus Dining’s specials for the month of February:

Monday, February 9 – French Fry Bar: Waffle Fries, Tots, Sweet Potato Fries, Cheese Sauce, Chili, Taco Meat, Broccoli, Bleu Cheese, Green Onions, variety of sauces and more!

Tuesday, February 17 – Fat Tuesday Menu:  Catfish Po’boys & Jambalaya.  Music in the seating area from 11 am to 12:15 pm.

Monday, February 23 – Chinese New Year:  Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice, Vegetable and Pork Egg Rolls, Stir-fried Vegetables.

Tuesday, February 24 – Taco Bar Tuesday:  Build your tacos featuring fresh fried hard shell tacos, soft flour tortillas, tortilla chips, taco meat, pork carnita, cheese sauce, tomatoes, black olives, lettuce, salsa, sour cream and more!

Every Wednesday in February:  Celebrate Black History Month!  Each week features a different menu to highlight favorites of not only African American community, but all other cultures as well!  Menu items vary each week.
