CONGRATULATIONS on your contingent offer of employment with Illinois Central College! We believe you will make a significant contribution to the growth and success of the College.
Before you begin your new position the new hire process must be completed online using NEOGOV. Please watch for an email containing an activation link for NEOGOV to set up your password and activate your account.
We recommend using Chrome or Internet Explorer as your browser.
Once your account is activated, you will be assigned checklists which have tasks and forms to complete as part of the hiring process. Some of these items need to be completed prior to your start date while others can be completed after your start date. Please note that these do not have to be completed in any specific order, however, try to complete them by the date they are assigned. You will receive reminders in your email as tasks and forms become due and will continue to receive them until they are completed.
