Blackboard Support
Accessing Blackboard
All Blackboard users login to Blackboard with an assigned username and password. Users who experience difficulties with accessing Blackboard should contact the ICC Help Desk at helpdesk@icc.edu or (309) 694-5457.
Faculty who would like additional assistance with developing courses in Blackboard should contact the Teaching and Learning Center at tlc@icc.edu or (309) 694-8908 or visit the Blackboard page on the Instructional Innovation website.
Students who would like assistance with using Blackboard for classes should visit a Learning Lab on any campus; view lab locations and hours.
There are a number of ways to get to the Blackboard login page in the Internet.
- Go directly to http://courses.icc.edu
- Go to the ICC Website at http://www.icc.edu, click on the Blackboard link on the lower left side of the page
- Go to the ICC Website at http://www.icc.edu, click on the Current Students link in the upper right side of the home page, and then choose Blackboard login under Network Accounts
- If you do not know your Blackboard username and password, use Find Login ID
Lost your Password?
If you loose or forget your password, go to the Blackboard login page and use the Forgot My Password link. After entering security information, your password will be sent to your E-mail address on file.
How do I access my online course after I enroll?
Your instructor will enroll you into his/her course. After you've been enrolled into the course, the course title will be listed under your "My Courses" panel after you login to Blackboard. Most instructor make the course available to you on or near the first day of class. If you login to Blackboard on the first day of class and the course is not there, contact the instructor of the course immediately to resolve the problem.
How often do I have to login to Blackboard for my course?
Your instructor should specify how often you need to login to stay on top of the coursework. Daily login is recommended for most courses.
