Have a hectic schedule? Buy a punch card and make your way to the gym whenever you want! Punch cards can be purchased by visiting the fitness center front desk and they never expire.
The ICC Fitness Center is a new, state-of-the-art facility offering a healthy and accommodating environment for you to achieve your personal goals. In addition, we are a Silver Sneakers Facility!
Body Pump (45-60 minutes)
The original weight class that builds strength, tones your body and pushes you to the limit every time.
Body Flow (45-60 minutes)
A yoga, tai chi and pilates inspired workout that leaves you long, strong, clam and centered.
BodyVive (45 minutes)
This class features the optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core training. This is a great cross training option for busy people on the go!
‘Cize (50 minutes)
Let loose as you learn the hottest professionally choreographed dance routines. You’ll be so focused on mastering the moves and having a total blast, you’ll forget you’re actually working out—and losing weight!
CXWORX (30 minutes)
A personal training inspired scientifically-based workout that challenges you to build and maintain a better shaped and functioning core.
FITCAMP (60 minutes)
Instructed by a Personal Trainer, this class is designed based on its participants. It will include a variety of equipment to achieve cardiovascular and muscular improvements.
Insanity (30-50 minutes)
MAX interval training — you perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercise with short periods of rest.
KettleWorX (45-60 minutes)
Combines cardio core and resistance training to tone muscle head to toe while burning fat.
KickMix (60 minutes)
A combination of low impact kick boxing cardio with weights/resistance training. Easy on the joints but a great mix of cardio and strength!
P90X (60 minutes)
The P90X LIVE workouts offer a rich variety of intense routines from cardio to resistance training, strength training, plyometrics, and more. There are modifications so people at any level can partake.
PiYo (50 minutes)
A music-driven, fusion-style, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of Pilates and yoga that also includes flexibility, strength, conditioning, and dynamic movement.
RPM (45 minutes)
High intensity interval training set to tunes that will get your pulse racing.
SilverSneakers (60 minutes)
SilverSneakers is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity in a social setting.
TurboKick (50-60 minutes)
With cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you’ll get lean and toned while having fun!
Zumba (45-60 minutes)
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burining dance fitness party.
