Payment Plans

ICC payment plans are available ONLINE and are set up through your eServices account. The plans allow you to make smaller payments for your tuition, fees, and housing costs over the course of the semester.

Payment plan availability and eligibility are based on the date you enroll in classes. There is not a fee to set up a payment plan but the student must have a minimum of $150 in eligible charges.

A separate, non-refundable convenience fee (2.75% of the payment amount/$3 minimum fee) will be assessed at the time of each credit or debit card payment for student account charges. The preferred way to pay is online through eServices and the student payment portal. Guided assistance of the online payment system will be available for in person and phone payment transactions. Students paying online by Electronic Check (E-Check) will not incur the convenience fee. ICC will still accept cash and checks in person for student account payments.

2017 Spring Semester Payment Plans

Blue Plan ($150 down + 3 Equal Payments)
Enrollment Nov 1 – Jan 3, 2017, with $150 down payment
Automatic payments scheduled: Jan 31, Feb 28 and Mar 31

Blue Plan (4 Equal Payments)
Enrollment Nov 1 – Jan 3, 2017 with 25% down payment
Automatic payments scheduled: Jan 31, Feb 28 and Mar 31

Green Plan (3 Equal Payments)
Enrollment Nov 1 – Jan 31, 2017 with 34% down payment
Automatic payments scheduled: Feb 28 and Mar 31

Red Plan (2 Equal Payments)
Enrollment Nov 1 – Feb 28, 2017 with 50% down payment
Automatic payments scheduled: Mar 31
