Customer Service Professional

The mission of the Customer Service Professional certificate is to merge the student’s office/technological skills with the human relations/management skills needed by customer service personnel, so that students may enhance an existing degree program, or may seek to move into a degree program.

Admission to the Program:

Students are expected to be computer literate, to know the Windows operating system, and be able to touch type.  If this is not the case, TYPE 120 is a prerequisite for entering this program.  Contact the Business, Hospitality, and Information Systems Department regarding the TYPE 120 placement exam and the TYPE 121 proficiency exam.
